About China Environment Fund

China Environment Fund (CEF), managed by Tsing Capital, is the most widely recognized sustainable investment fund in China. It is the first serial of funds dedicated to cleantech investment in China.

CEF has three funds managed by Tsing Capital: CEF I (2002), CEF II (2004) and CEF III. CEF I, the first professionally managed offshore fund specializing in the environmental protection sector in China. CEF II and continuing with CEF III together have US$ 300 million under management, and continue the dedicated focus on China cleantech investment.

CEF has been keeping at the forefront of the changing cleantech investment in China, starting with traditional environmental protection, to cleaning the air, to energy savings, to renewable and to the current broad concept of cleantech.
