Kiwi Chen, Associate

Ms. Chen is part of the investment associate with responsibilities in cleantech policy research, feasibility studies, sector research and deal due diligence. She has completed many internal research reports on several cleantech sectors including solar PV, solar thin film, wind power, energy efficiency, and hydroelectricity.

Prior to joining Tsing Capital, Ms. Chen managed legal and IP related corporate financing, due diligence at ANSYS – China Technology Co. Ltd (Ticker: ANSS). She was part of the team that completed US$15 million financing from AIG. She was also a Research Analyst at Sichuan Hidili Industry, Co. Ltd., assisting in due diligence, document/data for overseas listing, and she was part of the team that completed US$50 million financing from Baring.

Ms. Chen graduated from Brigham Young University in the US with a BA in Economics.
